WIKA: Nuovo separatore a membrana WIKA 990.45 per misure precise alle alte temperature di processo

WIKA ha sviluppato un nuovo separatore a membrana con attacco flangiato adatto a temperature del fluido particolarmente elevate.

Il modello 990.45 è un separatore a membrana adatto per applicazioni di processo e industria oil&gas con temperature fino a 450 °C.

Il separatore a membrana 990.45 protegge gli strumenti di misura e consente una misurazione precisa anche a temperature di processo elevate. Generalmente viene combinato con uno strumento di misura standard e un capillare così da formare un sistema di misura completo. Può essere dotato di fissaggi per un ausilio di sollevamento e può essere spostato e installato senza sforzi.

Una delle caratteristiche principali dello strumento è l’esecuzione del corpo inferiore, composto da un unico pezzo che riduce al minimo il rischio di perdite nel processo. Un attacco di lavaggio integrato nel corpo inferiore permette anche di pulire il separatore senza smontarlo.

La soluzione di hook-up EMICOgauge, è composta da un manometro modello 2xx.30 EN 837-1 (S3) e da una valvola per strumentazione. Riduce al minimo il numero di punti di perdita e quindi riduce il rischio di fuoriuscita del fluido nell’ambiente.

Durante il montaggio, l’attacco girevole a 360° permette un rapido allineamento del manometro con una simultanea tenuta della pressione. Grazie a questa esecuzione, si semplifica anche la manutenzione nonché lo smontaggio del manometro e della valvola.

Il campo scala del manometro EMICOgauge va da 0 a 420 bar (0 … 6.000 psi). In caso di guasto dovuto ad un’alta sovrapressione, la versione di sicurezza S-3 protegge l’operatore da eventuali danni. Il sistema di misura compatto può essere messo in funzione immediatamente dopo la consegna.

WIKA è in grado di garantire la tenuta dell’intero gruppo di strumenti per un massimo di 20 operazioni di montaggio e smontaggio: il sistema soddisfa i requisiti delle fugitive emission conformi alla normativa TA Luft (VDI 2440). Questa combinazione è particolarmente adatta per varie applicazioni nelle industrie chimiche e petrolchimiche come la lavorazione e la produzione di gas.

Le possibili combinazioni di manometri e valvole collegabili IV1xIV2x IVM sono molto ampie. Poiché per applicazioni specifiche sono spesso necessari attacchi di pressione speciali, per lo strumento EMICOgauge è stato definito un gran numero di versioni per evitare l’utilizzo di adattatori, che altrimenti sarebbero necessari, grazie ai due punti di tenuta aggiuntivi.

(AKRON, Ohio – February 2, 2022) – Babcock & Wilcox Enterprises, Inc. (“B&W” or the “Company”) (NYSE: BW) announced that it has acquired Fossil Power Systems, Inc. (“FPS”), a leading designer and manufacturer of hydrogen, natural gas and renewable pulp and paper combustion equipment including ignitors, plant controls and safety systems based in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Canada. The transaction closed February 1, 2022.
